Your archive,
ready to read.

The archive format contains readable tables, captured metadata, and the attachment files themselves. A manifest shows what was saved and flags anything missing.

Open the files in a spreadsheet or use them with other tools. Your completed archives stay in your storage if you cancel.

A few useful details.

Coverage, storage, recovery, and your subscription.

Does the backup include actual attachment files?

The archive format includes downloaded attachment files and a mapping to their original records. The launch plan targets individual files up to 1 GB, within its attachment and monthly transfer limits. Run details identify any file that needs attention.

How do I recover data from an archive?

Open your CSV and JSON records, download the attachment files, and follow the recovery guide to import supported data into Airtable. Interfaces, automations, exact view settings, comments, and revision history remain in Airtable.

What happens if a backup doesn't finish?

Each run shows its result and a useful repair step. Your last complete archive stays visible while you resolve a connection, storage, or attachment problem. Retries and failure emails are part of the launch requirements.

What Airtable access does KeepMyBase need?

The backup service requests read access to your selected bases. During setup, you'll see the capture coverage and usage limits before enabling the daily schedule.

What happens to my archives if I cancel?

Your completed archives stay in your own storage after cancellation. While a schedule is active, its retention setting determines when older snapshots are removed.

Can I use S3, R2, or another storage provider?

Choose a destination for each backup: Google Drive or an S3-compatible bucket. Connection setup checks the permissions needed to save and verify your archives. Storage provider charges are separate.
